What we collect, and why

If you send an enquiry through our form, we collect the details you give us — your name and email (required), and optionally your telephone, postcode, a description of your project and how you found us. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation, and, if you tell us how you found us, to understand where enquiries come from. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect usage data through WhatConverts and Google Analytics to see which searches, adverts and pages lead to enquiries — see our cookie policy. No analytics run unless you accept.

Phone calls. Calls to our phone number are connected through a call-tracking service (WhatConverts) and may be recorded for quality and training. You will hear a short message before the call connects. We use recordings only to deal with your enquiry and improve our service.

Who else is involved

Our website and enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Analytics, if accepted, and call tracking are processed by WhatConverts. Analytics, if accepted, are processed by Google, which also provides the map on our contact page. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project, and a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — just contact us. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
