MSO Joinery/Privacy policy

This policy explains how M S O Joinery Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal information from this website. We are the data controller. If you have any question about it, contact us on 0333 577 2664 or matthew@msojoinery.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

If you send an enquiry through our form, we collect the details you give us — your name and email (required), and optionally your telephone, postcode and a description of your project. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous, aggregate usage data through Google Analytics to improve the site — see our cookie policy. No analytics run unless you accept.

Who else is involved

Our website and enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Analytics, if accepted, are processed by Google. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project, and a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — just contact us. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
