What we make
Corian® & solid surface
Seamless worktops, vanities, reception desks and cladding in Corian® and solid surface — fabricated in-house and integrated with our cabinetry.
Solid surface is where our joinery meets a material that can be worked like timber and finished like stone — seamless, hygienic and moulded to almost any shape.
We fabricate and install Corian®, HI-MACS® and other solid-surface worktops and surfaces — thermoformed, joined with invisible seams and finished by hand, so a run of worktop, an upstand and an integrated sink read as one continuous piece.
Because we make the cabinetry too, the surface and the joinery are drawn and built together: worktops that sit perfectly on our units, seamless reception desks, vanities and counters, and curved or sculptural forms that stone and timber can’t achieve.

Integrated sinks & seamless joints
The sink is moulded into the worktop as one continuous piece — no rim, no seam and nowhere for dirt to gather. Joints between lengths are bonded and sanded until they disappear.

Reception desks & counters
Reception desks, counters and bars in solid surface — like this hotel reception: a seamless top over a painted timber front, wrapped and jointed so the whole desk reads as one continuous piece.

Drainer grooves & upstands
Drainer grooves are routed straight into the worktop and the upstand is coved into it, so the sink run is one wipe-clean surface with no ledge, no sealant line and nowhere for water to sit.

Common questions
Corian & solid surfaceWhat is Corian® and solid surface?
Solid surface is a man-made material — Corian® is the best-known brand — that is worked like timber but has no visible joints. It is non-porous, hygienic and can be moulded into curves and seamless shapes that stone and timber can’t achieve.
Can you make a seamless sink or drainer in the worktop?
Yes. We can mould a sink, basin or drainer into the surface so the whole worktop reads as one continuous, jointless piece — easy to clean and with no seam to trap dirt.
Can Corian be repaired if it gets scratched?
Yes — because the colour runs all the way through, scratches, scorches and everyday marks can be sanded and polished out, so the surface can be renewed rather than replaced.
Do you make the cabinets as well as the surface?
We do — that is the advantage of using one workshop. We draw and build the cabinetry and fabricate the solid surface together, so the worktop, upstands and units fit perfectly as one piece of work.
