When we first met the client, they were unhappy that their kitchen area was badly lit and small. They disliked the existing kitchen units and felt that the cupboards were dated. They contacted us with the hope that our design skills would be able to help them turn the small room into a spacious, bright and modern area, transforming it into a room they could enjoy cooking and entertaining in.
In order to brighten the kitchen, our first step was choosing a light colour to give the impression of space. We paired the light walls with white gloss finish integrated cupboard doors to complete the clean, modern visual the client desired.
The initial brief for this project was to design and build a stunning art deco cocktail cabinet at as Christmas gift for the client's husband. The cabinet was hand veneered with a walnut finish, along with a Corian worktop for added durability and resistance to penetration or damage by potential liquid spillages.
The client was moving in to a new build property which featured many coves and corners that would be unsuitably sized to place furniture. In order to ensure that the space was not left unused, the client requested that we build wardrobes for all six bedrooms within the property.
In order to make the very most of the space within each bedroom, we designed and installed floor to ceiling wardrobes which maximised the available wall space and added extensive storage to every bedroom.
The client was opening a brand new cookery school in the grounds of the hotel. The room allocated to the cookery school boasted a large expanse of space with an abundance of natural light - two features we were eager to accentuate in our designs. The area needed to fulfil a range of purposes, and so we ensured that the design and decor remained smart and simple, yet sophisticated.
